Refunds & Returns

At The Candle Addict, we want you to love every candle you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 🕯️

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Please note that items that have been used, burned, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used candles

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Defective Products

If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

After your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items.
If you need to exchange a product, please contact us and we will assist you.
